The Loco Rush game does not collect, store or share any personal information. There are no accounts, ads, analytics or tracking in the game, and it never connects to the internet. Who this covers
This policy covers the Loco Rush game for iOS and Android (“the app”) and this website, locorush.app. Loco Rush is made by Convert Case Ltd (“we” or “us”), which is responsible for any personal information described in this policy. If you have a question about it, email hello@convertcase.net.
What the app collects
Nothing. The app does not ask for, collect or send your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, advertising identifier, device identifiers or any other personal information. There is no account to create and no sign-in. The game runs entirely on your device and does not make network connections.
What the app saves on your device
To remember your progress and preferences between runs, the app keeps a small settings file on your device:

This file is never sent to us and we cannot see it. Deleting the app removes it (on Android, clearing the app’s storage does too). Depending on your settings, it may be included in your own device backups, so your best score and settings come back on a new device: on iPhone and iPad in iCloud or computer backups, which Apple handles under its privacy policy, and on Android in the backup kept in your Google account, which Google handles under its privacy policy.
Advertising, analytics and tracking
The app contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party software development kits that collect data. We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not sell or share any information about you.
Permissions
The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or any other permission-protected data.
The App Store and Google Play
When you download Loco Rush, Apple or Google process information such as your account and download history under their own privacy policies. If you have chosen to share diagnostics with app developers in your device settings, Apple or Google may show us anonymous, aggregated crash and performance statistics. These do not identify you. See Apple’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for details.
This website
locorush.app uses Google Analytics, provided by Google, to count visits and see which pages people find useful. When you visit, Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser (named _ga and _ga_BJH91BK432) and collects information such as the pages you view, which download buttons you tap, how you arrived at the site, the time of your visit, your approximate location (country and city) and your device and browser type. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses. We look at this information only as totals and do not use it for advertising. It is kept for no longer than 14 months.
Google processes this information on our behalf, as described in how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Our lawful basis under UK and EU data protection law is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used so we can improve it. You can stop Google Analytics by blocking cookies in your browser settings or by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Apart from Google Analytics, the site sets no cookies and loads nothing from other websites: the fonts and images are served from this site.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type, as described in Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Cloudflare may show us anonymous, aggregated statistics such as the number of visits. We do not use this to identify anyone.
If you email us
If you contact us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to reply to you, keep it only as long as needed to help, and never add you to a mailing list or share it. Our lawful basis under UK and EU data protection law is our legitimate interest in answering your message.
Children
Loco Rush is suitable for all ages. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children, including children under 13.
Your rights
The app holds no personal information about you, so there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you have emailed us, you can ask for a copy of your correspondence or ask us to delete it. If you are in the UK or EU and are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to your data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of Loco Rush changes how it handles information, for example by adding an online feature, we will update this policy and the date at the top before that version is released.
